The Student Beauty Shadow Board is a pioneering mentorship and grant programme created by the British Beauty Council in collaboration with UNiDAYS and Sephora UK, designed to bridge the gap between education and the beauty industry while supporting and championing emerging talent.

The 2026 winners are Tejal Vadukul (Real Estate), Liv Camacho Wejbrandt (Engineering & Design), Tito Idowu (Dentistry), Estelle Morris (Integrated MSc Cosmetic Science) and Sahara-Love Campbell (Accounting and Finance). Together, they showcase the breadth of emerging talent within the beauty industry, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise from a diverse range of disciplines that reflect the sector’s increasingly diverse and multidisciplinary future.

Over the next 12 months, each winner will receive a £3,000 grant, mentorship from senior industry professionals, workshops and behind-the-scenes experiences across Sephora’s London Head Office, retail stores and distribution centre.

The programme culminates in one winner being offered a 12-month paid internship with Sephora UK, providing a valuable pathway from education into the beauty industry.
