As part of British Beauty Week 2026, Beauty Means Business brings industry and education together at London College of Fashion for an important conversation about the breadth of opportunity within the beauty economy.
Hosted by Valerie Lawson, the event will bring together voices from across the beauty ecosystem to explore how ideas become careers, businesses and innovations; the skills the industry needs next; and the pathways available to students and emerging professionals beyond the roles traditionally associated with beauty.
From artistry and product development to science, technology, brand building, education and entrepreneurship, the conversation will challenge us to think differently about what a career in beauty can look like and the economic and cultural value the industry creates.
