This British Beauty Week, Who What Wear UK is celebrating its annual Next in Beauty Awards. The entries flooded in, and after meticulous testing by Who What Wear’s expert judging panel, the winners are ready to be crowned. Products were tested and scored by some of the hardest-to-please experts in the industry for efficacy, innovation and usability, and only the best in beauty will come out on top.

To celebrate the winners and present the coveted Next in Beauty 2026 awards, Who What Wear UK is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only ceremony with some of beauty’s biggest names.

As Chief of Staff, Mansha drives strategic operations, stakeholder engagement, and organisational effectiveness across the British Beauty Council’s work. With nearly a decade working with beauty brands, her experience spans digital strategy, influencer partnerships, and community building. Since joining the Council in 2023, she has taken on a key role working across internal operations, national campaigns, and industry initiatives, as well as overseeing the Council’s committees and facilitating cross-industry collaboration.
