As Chief of Staff, Mansha drives strategic operations, stakeholder engagement, and organisational effectiveness across the British Beauty Council’s work. With nearly a decade working with beauty brands, her experience spans digital strategy, influencer partnerships, and community building. Since joining the Council in 2023, she has taken on a key role working across internal operations, national campaigns, and industry initiatives, as well as overseeing the Council’s committees and facilitating cross-industry collaboration.
