British Beauty Council founders judging at this year’s Scratch Magazine Star Awards

British Beauty Council founders Millie Kendall MBE and Kate Shapland were very honoured to be invited to judge the upcoming Scratch Magazine Star Awards 2019 last week.

The awards are held annually to recognise talent in the UK nail industry.

There were 18 categories to judge this year, including Nail Salon Of The Year, Best UK Nail Blogger and Nail Team Of The Year.

Winners will be announced at the Scratch summer party on 21 July.
