British Beauty Council heard about the teaspoon sun protection trick?

A report last year in The Telegraph disclosed that scientists warn we are risking skin cancer by not applying enough sunscreen when actively in the sun and they recommend the ‘teaspoon method’ to ensure adequate protection.

Sun Sense UK say that to cover the average adult body you should apply more than 1/2 a teaspoon (3ml) to each arm, face and neck, as well as more than 1 teaspoon (6ml) to each leg, front and back of body.
