United Against Workplace Bullying: Virtual Conference 2021

Join the Conduct Change Foundation during anti-bullying week for 3 days of live talks with experts from around the world, alongside updates from people who have experienced workplace bullying courageously sharing where they are now after joining their Moving On programme.

In 2020, British Beauty Council CEO Millie Kendall MBE joined the first ever United Against Workplace Bullying conference to speak about bullying across the beauty and hair industry. During this event, Millie spoke about the challenges faced, from large corporate enterprises to freelancers, and at the end of the 2020 conference, they promised to help sector specific bodies and freelancers create ways of working to prevent workplace bullying as part of our wider call to action.
