The rise of adaptogens!

Mintel recently published a report on the rise of adaptogens from niche natural ingredient in supplements, drinks beauty products and snacks, to vital new generation wellness property, particularly in the treatment of stress.

In the UK, 32% of anxious/stressed consumers turn to comfort food to combat this mindset.

But going forward natural non toxic herbs like rhodiola, Ashwagandha, holy basil (tulsi) and jujube will be harnessed to create alternative solutions to stress and anxiety, and the symptoms that manifest from these like insomnia, lack of energy, bloatedness and weight gain.
