by | Jun 7, 2019

The last year has seen the concept of ‘skin misting’ develop into a skincare step worth investing in Pretty Analytics reports.

The global market for face mists is rising with new formulations infusing beneficial skin ingredients from superfoods to hyaluronic acid. Bi-phase solutions, targeted skin finishes (matte to ‘yoga glow’) and super fine mists elevate this product category.

The report reveals that worldwide searches for ‘best face mist for dry skin’ have risen by 80%, along side a 50% search rise in the UK alone. Misting ingredient trends are watermelon, Okinawa clay and silica, and going forward it’s predicted that they’ll contain properties like Icelandic ‘power’ water, plants and fruit waters,be tailored to skin type and have streamlined spritzing mechanisms to control dosage and avoid waste.
