British Beauty Council loves that freckles are all the rage, despite the shade that is thrown at sun exposure & the dark ways this can impact our skin. Topshop have embraced the fashion (let’s hope it’s a lasting one) with a fine dedicated freckle pencil which, we think, does a great job doubling up as eye liner & brow definer. We also love the US brand Freck which does a liquid freckle paint that doesn’t budge once dried!
