What we’re doing to help you get back to work safely

Today the British Beauty Council, NHBF, the Hair Council, BABTAC, and The Guild have been part of a meeting with the Secretary of State for Business, Alok Sharma, to discuss the safe reopening of hair salons, barbershops and beauty salons, and to represent the views of our sector.

We will continue to work collaboratively to protect the safety of people working in the hair and beauty industry, their clients and the general public.  We will provide more information as and when it becomes available.

The Health & Safety Executive and Public Health are looking at recommendations for safety and hygiene guidelines for the beauty industry if you have any recommendations or want further information please contact us at joinme@britishbeautycouncil.com.
