The Hut Group Creates 500+ New Jobs

by | Mar 23, 2020

Our patron and British beauty & wellness brand owner, The Hut Group (THG) has announced recruitment plans to fill more than 500 newly created jobs across its manufacturing and distribution sites.

In particular, the Manchester-based firm has welcomed applicants in the north west of the UK who have recently lost their jobs due to coronavirus.

The majority of the roles will be available at THG’s manufacturing centre in Cheshire, UK, while 150 will be spread across its fulfilment sites in Wrocław, Poland and Kentucky, US.

Matthew Moulding, founder and Chief Executive Officer of THG, said: “Some of the region’s biggest employers have had to make incredibly tough decisions in recent days, leaving a worrying number of people out of work at such a vulnerable time. Our message to those affected is that we will look to do whatever we can to help, and so we are bringing forward our recruitment plans. We are now hiring across our manufacturing and logistics sites with immediate effect. We need you and would be thrilled to provide you with a new opportunity at this incredibly challenging time.”

The Hut Group has also said it will look to create more jobs in the weeks ahead.

Job openings will be posted at https://www.thg.com/jobs-search/ and applicants are urged to get in touch today: recruitment@thg.com
