CEO of Pall Mall Barbers and Charlotte Tilbury recognised in King’s New Year’s Honour’s 2026

Richard Antony Marshall, Chief Executive Officer Pall Mall Barbers and Lady Demetra Pinset, Chief Executive Officer of Charlotte Tilbury have been named in the King’s New Year’s Honours List.

Pinset has advised global retail moving to beauty to apply her skills, previously she said: ‘Twelve years ago, we set out to build a premium beauty brand, rooted in purpose, that would put Britain on the global beauty map. Our journey from ambitious British start-up to today has been made possible by the investors who first believed in us, the retailers who partnered with us, the customers who trusted us and, most of all, the colleagues we are fortunate enough to work alongside.’

Marshall has had a vital role in the UK’s personal care and barbering footprint, putting men’s grooming on the map. He has been awarded with an award for services to International Trade, Mentoring and to People with Dyslexia.

Not only has he worked closely with the Government to spotlight the challenges of the sector, he has also spotlighted the power of opportunities in the sector – from shop floor to CEO.
