The Business of Beauty Global Awards will see three leading beauty innovators access mentorship, build brand awareness and take their enterprise to new heights
Global beauty has become a catalyst for floods of new business over the last decade, with celebrity, tech and cutting edge formulation brands hitting the market at breakneck speed.
So, it can feel overwhelming and almost impossible to cut through the noise with a new brand that you know has the potential to steer trends and even guide the course of beauty innovation.
That’s why Business of Fashion’s (BoF) beauty team has launched the Business of Beauty Global Awards, to root out brands of tomorrow that aren’t getting their time on the mic – whether that be due to lack of capital, challenges with scaling, MOQs and more.
It’s never been a more exciting time for beauty entrepreneurs. The industry is flourishing and product innovation is at an all time high, but competition is extremely tough,’ starts Priya Rao, Executive Editor at The Business of Beauty at BoF. She continues: ‘It’s no longer enough to have a great idea. Founders today need to create a strong brand, and scale that brand with the help of vast global retail networks and significant investment.’
Finishing, Rao says: ‘I’m so proud to be introducing The Business of Beauty Global Awards, to surface high potential entrepreneurs that wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to connect with industry leaders.’
With entries closing on Friday, May 3 at 11:59pm EST, we urge brands with growth potential to apply for the awards for the chance to:
- Create Brand Awareness: Winners will be announced at The Business of Beauty Global Forum. The winners will also be featured in an interview on The Business of Beauty and across the BoF ecosystem, including our social media channels with more than 7 million followers.
