British Beauty Council Founder’s Network
Launched in 2025, the Founder’s Network brings together a diverse and exciting pool of founders together to network, share their stories and propel business.
According to the Value of Beauty report, the British beauty industry is also made of 95% SMEs and has a unique employment footprint, almost 1 in 3 working in the sector are under 30 (32%); 81% of the workforce are women as are over 86% of business-owners. Making this initiative a vital opportunity for the business owners in our industry.

The Student Shadow Board with Sephora UK and UNiDAYS

The Shadow Board is a mentorship programme for further education students designed to shape the future of beauty. The programme sees the next generation of beauty proffessionals pitch to a panel of experts including Jamie Genevieve to win a spot on The Shadow Board which will see them recieve 1:1 guidance with experts, workshop sessions, and a £3000 grant.
The programme will see the five winners also feedback to the industry to help shape the future of beauty.
