Beauty Backed Trust: Bootcamp

Mar 26, 2021

The Beauty Backed Trust are running a Back to Work Bootcamp, which will take place on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th March.

The Beauty Backed fundraising initiative began in 2020 to support the independent businesses and entrepreneurs within the beauty industry, who were directly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. After a successful launch, which saw over £600,000 raised for distribution by the Hair & Beauty Charity, Beauty Backed has since evolved into a Trust which aims to assist everyone and anyone who works in the beauty industry. With beauty contributing over £28 billion to the British economy each year, the Beauty Backed Founder, Caroline Hirons, and The Trustees passionately advocate that beauty is a valuable industry. Not only is the beauty industry invaluable to the economy, but it is often at the heart of communities and is one of the last standing industries present on British high streets. The Trustees believe their industry is all too often ignored and overlooked. The goal of The Beauty Backed Trust is to change this way of thinking and provide a means to support everyone within the beauty industry.

As part of the “Back to Work” campaign, The Beauty Backed Trust will be hosting a Back to Work Bootcamp through seminars, this coming Monday, March 29th and Tuesday, March 30th. The bootcamp is for anyone who is in the beauty industry going back to work in April following a year of intermittent closures.
