Be Body Kind for Mental Health Awareness Week 2019

The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (13-19 May), hosted by Mental Health Foundation is body image, and focuses on how we think and feel about our bodies.

There is an amazingly in-depth executive summary on the MHF site which you can download – we’re all over it and its stats: 22% of adults and 40% of teens told MHF that images on social media causes them to worry about their body image.
