The Prime Minister has announced today that all BEAUTY professionals are able to resume all services from the 1st of August 2020.

The updated guidance to reflect this welcome decision will be published early next week.

We will now focus on the rebuilding of the over 40 thousand hair and beauty businesses in the UK.

Millie Kendall MBE, CEO of the British Beauty Council says

‘I am delighted that the industry came together to support a reopening of our sector. Rebuilding our businesses post Covid-19 is our priority now. Thank you to our workforce, the media who have supported us throughout, industry bodies such as @NHBF, @BABTAC and @UK Spa Association and the public for coming together to support us. We must work in a Covid Secure manner to ensure we stay open safely.’

#BRINGINGBEAUTYBACK. #NOTJUSTAPRETTY FACE.

Thanking every one of our members for their perseverance, we are so relieved to have our industry back in business.
