Meribeth Parker
CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Currently SVP of Platforms & Partnerships for News UK, Non-Executive Director for BALLY and an investor in several small luxury businesses. Meribeth also serves on the Advisory Board for the British Fashion Council and is Chair of the Walpole Women’s Luxury Network.

Millie Kendall OBE
CEO
Has been creating and marketing beauty brands for the past 30 years, and has worked with the UK’s leading retailers. Awarded an MBE in 2007 for services to the cosmetics industry; in 2022, Millie was awarded an OBE in the New Years Honours List.

Helena Grzesk MBE
COO
20+ years’ experience in the beauty, spa and hospitality industry. Formerly General Manager of the UKSA, Helena has been championing the industry and lobbying government to get the recognition and reopening priority the industry deserves. Helena is the Mental Health & Wellbeing lead for the British Beauty Council. Helena was awarded an MBE in the New Years Honours List 2022.

Victoria Brownlie
CHIEF POLICY OFFICER
15 years experience effecting political change from animal welfare to local government. Former Director of Policy and Public Affairs at the National Hair & Beauty Federation.

Annie Murphy
DEPUTY CHAIR
Overseeing commercial strategy in blue chip companies for the past 17 years. Passionate about building consumer and customer strategies and supporting innovation. SVP Global Chief Commercial Officer at Walgreen Boots Alliance.

Awie Newell
DIRECTOR
Business leader and Chief Executive Officer of 8Greens with over 25 years’ experience in beauty and consumer goods sector in North America, Europe, UK and Asian markets.

Gemma Bellman
DIRECTOR
Most recently the Glossier Inc. Director of Europe, Bellman has spent the last 12 years working in the Beauty Industry across content, commerce and community. She launched the industry’s first image-based booking platform, BeautySpotter, and is formerly of Goldmans Sachs, L’Oreal and Get the Gloss. Bellman is now working, in stealth, on a new tech venture, coming soon.

Expert colourist and co-founder of home hair colour brand, Josh Wood Colour. He is Wella Professional’s Color Visionary, and a regular host on ITV’s This Morning.

Is a Senior Associate within the corporate team at BDB Pitmans LLP, a leading UK law firm, and advises a range of clients, including those within the beauty industry, on various company related matters.

Simon Comins
DIRECTOR
Simon has worked across all areas of the business in various roles at Superdrug, he is now Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for ensuring Superdrug’s shelves in over 800 stores host the most exciting selection of accessible beauty and everyday products on the high street.
