Currently Head of Business Transformation at News UK, Non-Executive Director for BALLY and an investor in several small luxury businesses. Meribeth also serves on the Advisory Board for the British Fashion Council, on the Board of the Fragrance Foundation and is Chair of the Walpole Women’s Luxury Network.
Millie Kendall OBE
Has been creating and marketing beauty brands for the past 30 years, and has worked with the UK’s leading retailers. Awarded an MBE in 2007 for services to the cosmetics industry; in 2022, Millie was awarded an OBE in the New Years Honours List.
Helena Grzesk MBE
20+ years’ experience in the beauty, spa and hospitality industry. Formerly General Manager of the UKSA, Helena has been championing the industry and lobbying government to get the recognition and reopening priority the industry deserves. Helena is the Mental Health & Wellbeing lead for the British Beauty Council. Helena was awarded an MBE in the New Years Honours List 2022.

Simon has worked across all areas of the business in various roles at Superdrug, he is now Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for ensuring Superdrug’s shelves in over 800 stores host the most exciting selection of accessible beauty and everyday products on the high street.
