Founder of Frank’s Remedies, Kyle Frank, was invited to contribute to His Majesty The King’s time capsule. He invited Millie Kendall OBE, CEO of the British Beauty Council, to leave her legacy too
To mark 35 years of The King’s Foundation – an organisation dedicated to spotlighting the value of home-grown, traditional skills and education – The King launched a time capsule with the aim of ‘representing the achievements and legacy’ of the foundation.
Kyle Frank was invited to place one of Frank’s Remedies’ ‘Ultimate Detox Face Masks’ into the capsule after being named one of the organisation’s ‘35 Under 35’ this year.
To mark the occasion, he invited Millie Kendall OBE, CEO of the British Beauty Council, to place a written letter in the bottle, outlining her hopes for the future of the beauty industry. Kendall was also asked to sign the bottle on behalf of the Council.
Frank garnered the attention of the monarch when he attended the Curated Markers Market at Battersea Power Station in December 2024.
Following this introduction to the brand, the foundation recognised the brand for its ‘sustainability crafted, with 100% recyclable packaging, 100% vegan formulas’ and Frank’s commitment to ‘acquiring ancient wisdoms from agriculture experts, holistic teachers & skin specialists’. Because of this, he was named one of the
‘35 under 35’.
Throughout the year, innovators and change makers have been asked to place items into the capsule, which will be opened in 100 years. It is set to be buried at the charity headquarters, Dumfries House in Ayrshire, Scotland, in early 2026.
The face mask, including letters from Kyle and Kendall, is a snapshot of the beauty industry today with its intrinsic commitments to a greener environment, efficacious ingredients, and ritualistic practices.
