Space NK have introduced an express same day delivery in 36 of their stores.
Space NK have announced the launch of their Express Same Day Delivery, which is a service available on spacenk.com. The speedy delivery service enables customers to receive their beauty essentials within a 2-hour timeframe of placing an order. Once the order has been placed it will be picked and packed from a participating Space NK store, that has been designated a local distribution point (beginning Thursday 5th November, as England moves into the 2nd lockdown), before being collected or delivered to the customer.

Sara Cohen, Space NK’s Trading Director explains “As we move into the 2nd UK lockdown, our teams have worked quickly to pivot, and deliver a service that meets our customers’ needs. We have brought forward the launch of Express Same Day Delivery, in line with lockdown, so customers are reassured they can shop as they wish and support their local store at the same time.”
Commencing on Thursday 5th November, the following 15 stores will be participating in the Express Same Day Delivery Service:
- Bournemouth,
- Blackheath,
- Brighton,
- Bristol,
- Cambridge,
- Cheapside,
- Chiswick,
- Duke of York Square (Kings Road),
- Hans Crescent (Knightsbridge),
- Kings Cross,
- Muswell Hill,
- Northcote Road,
- Richmond,
- Westbourne Grove,
- Wimbledon
Following these 15 stores, a further 21 stores will provide the service from Monday 9th November. To deliver the service, Space NK has partnered with the courier network Stuart.

For a limited period after launch Space NK’s Same Day Delivery will be free, thereafter it will cost £8. The service is free for customers who spend over £100. Once the order has been confirmed over email, the customer will receive an SMS message with a tracking link when the delivery is on the way. A signature is required for the couriers to deliver the order.
