Career Insights: Andrew Perera speaks with Elizabeth Barnett Lawton

Global Communications Expert Andrew Perera is the latest guest to join Elizabeth Barnett Lawton on the British Beauty Council’s ‘Career Insights’ podcast series.

Andrew Perera has over 25 years experience working in communications, working with some the world’s largest brands and celebrities.

Prior to joining Brandstand Communications as a Director in 2019, he had built his name as one of the most respected brand communications professionals in the industry, which was recognised when Andrew was named by The Independent in the Top 100 people in Communications in the UK. Andrew previously held the titles of ‘Global Communications Director for PZ Cussons Beauty‘ and ‘Vice President of Global Communications’ for M.A.C Cosmetics, where he was instrumental to the development of the communications strategy overseeing 30 markets including launching the brand in India and China. Whilst working at MAC, Andrew worked with a number of their celebrity ambassadors including: Diana Ross, Pamela Anderson, Debbie Harry, Catherine Deneuve, Linda Evangelista and Dita Von Teese.
