Currently SVP of Platforms & Partnerships for News UK, Non-Executive Director for BALLY and an investor in several small luxury businesses. Meribeth also serves on the Advisory Board for the British Fashion Council and is Chair of the Walpole Women’s Luxury Network.
Millie Kendall OBE

Has been creating and marketing beauty brands for the past 30 years, and has worked with the UK’s leading retailers. Awarded an MBE in 2007 for services to the cosmetics industry; in 2022, Millie was awarded an OBE in the New Years Honours List for services to hair and beauty.
Victoria Brownlie
CHIEF POLICY OFFICER
15 years experience effecting political change from animal welfare to local government. Former Director of Policy and Public Affairs at the National Hair & Beauty Federation.
Jacqui Burchell
CCO
Jacqui has worked in beauty for over 25 years, starting her career in Boots the
Chemist, then transitioning to manage global beauty and wellness brands across
several categories. She is passionate about creating consumer driven product innovation,
disruptive comms with purpose and driving a vibrant and high performing team.

COO of M&C Saatchi Talk  and president of international PR network SERMO. Expertise in finance, legal business strategy and general management. Committed to improving gender diversity across the communications industry.
Gemma Bellman
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Most recently the Glossier Inc. Director of Europe, Bellman has spent the last 12 years working in the Beauty Industry across content, commerce and community. She launched the industry’s first image-based booking platform, BeautySpotter, and is formerly of Goldmans Sachs, L’Oreal and Get the Gloss. Bellman is now working, in stealth, on a new tech venture, coming soon.
