Bobbi Brown, The Gel Bottle, and Elemis announce first listings for British Beauty Week

It’s official, British Beauty Week is just three weeks away and the schedule is filling up. Here are all the details so that you don’t miss out…

If you haven’t heard about British Beauty Week 2023 already, you have 20 days to get to know. British Beauty Council Patrons, stakeholders and a range of other beauty brands are activating across the UK to celebrate the best of British beauty. 

The activity is focused around three key areas; Unboxing Beauty, Beauty Night Out, and the British Beauty Council’s Trade Hub. If you haven’t had a look at the schedule yet…

Below you’ll find all of the information you need on the first wave of listings to make the most of the celebrations. To make your life easier, we’ve grouped the exciting events under each category: 

 

Trade Hub

On the 26th & 27th October, the British Beauty Council is opening a Trade Hub in the heart of London’s Covent Garden. The activation is designed to celebrate the ‘Power of Beauty’ via exclusive panel talks and networking opportunities.

Female Founders and Funding, supported by Elemis

Join us for an exclusive British Beauty Week discussion as we spotlight female founders and their journey through the world of investment. This exclusive panel will delve into the challenges that women face and celebrate the inspiring British success stories that have emerged.

Encouraging Diversity, Inclusivity and Opportunity within Beauty

Join us for an inspiring panel discussion, sponsored by The Gel Bottle, focused on celebrating diversity, inclusivity, and opportunity within the beauty industry, STEM careers and DEI. This exclusive British Beauty Week panel will uncover the importance of supplier diversity in the beauty industry and highlight the importance of diversity in testing and formulation.

Unboxing Beauty

The British Beauty Council is dedicated to uncovering the unique opportunities available in the beauty industry. This British Beauty Week, a number of brands are launching exclusive social content profiling the unique people working in their businesses, engaging with young people to offer mentoring opportunities, and offering you the opportunity to make a product. 

 

Spend an hour with Bobbi Brown 

Hang out with Bobbi Brown this British Beauty Week to hear about her top tips for a successful global beauty business. Bobbi Brown, British Beauty Council US Ambassador, is joining us this British Beauty Week to offer an exclusive webinar to uncover her journey to beauty mogul. From the inception of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics to the growth of Jones Road, Bobbi’s been a leading global beauty pioneer for more than three decades.

Create your own facial oil with Neal’s Yard Remedies

Join us at Neal’s Yard Remedies, Covent Garden on Thursday 26th October for a sensory journey exploring our essential oils and the provenance behind them. Beauty Night Out

The British Beauty Council is working with various brands across Central London to bring you ‘Beauty Night Out’, an evening of beauty discovery on which brands will offer late night shopping, free products and discounts. 

If you’re not already in London, make the journey, because Space NK, Benefit, Forest Essentials, Neal’s Yard, Boots and Superdrug will all be offering late night shopping with exclusive promotions.
