Beth brings 20 years of beauty industry experience and 25 years in retail to her role as task force lead for Career Progression at the British Beauty Council. Having collaborated with numerous brands and retailers across HR, Operations, Retail, and Sales, she is deeply committed to the beauty community’s unique spirit of support. Inspired by impactful leaders throughout her career, Beth is dedicated to creating equitable opportunities for others to thrive within this dynamic industry.
