British Beauty Council Patron twelveNYC have launched a digital platform where you can buy accessible, compliant and cost-effective PPE.
The British Beauty Council was founded to represent the voices, opinions and needs of the British beauty industry. Our ambition is to ensure that the beauty industry is recognised and valued at all levels of government, throughout the wider economy and by consumers, as well as supporting a successful, innovative and inclusive British beauty industry.
In 2018, the British beauty industry was worth £28.4billion to the British Economy, however, due to COVID-19, we expect to see the industry shrink by around £1.7 billion in 2020. Retail and services have been impacted by the consequences of extensive lockdowns, social distancing restrictions and the increased costs of PPE.
To support the industry during this time, our patron twelveNYC are offering a PPE service to ensure basic Personal Protection Equipment is accessible, compliant and cost effective. Neither the British Beauty Council or twelveNYC will profit from this service.
