twelveNYC announce B Corp Certification

by | May 8, 2022

Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, are companies verified by B Lab who meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

Woman-owned creative product development agency twelveNYC is now part of a global community of 4,900 businesses, who have certified as B Corps, with over 750 of these being companies within the UK, who represent a broad range of industries and sizes. The certification process is rigorous, with applicants required to reach a benchmark score of over 80 while providing evidence of responsible practices relating to energy supplies, supply chain, worker compensation, sustainable design, diversity and corporate transparency.

“This certification marks an important milestone in our journey, however, it’s not the final destination. We are committed to continue improving across every aspect of our business as we bring the latest innovations in product and design to the world’s best brands. We are just getting started.”

– Katie Conovitz, CEO + Founder, twelveNYC

twelveNYC will be publishing their 3rd Annual Sustainability & Responsibility Report later this month with more on their sustainable commitments and progress. Access their 2021 Sustainability & Responsibility Report here.
