Ready for a new start?

YouGov UK reveal that one of our top 10 new year resolutions for 2018 was ‘to improve my appearance’ (which would have likely involved a hair chop).

This year improving your appearance has fallen off the list completely, and weight loss has slipped from top slot to fourth.

These are our top 10 resolutions for 2019, which YouGov also say 31% of us won’t stick to (although British Beauty Council is amazed that figure isn’t higher):

1. Exercise more (59%)
2. Eat healthier (54%)
3. Save money (51%)
4. Lose weight (48%)
5. Reduce stress (38%)
6. Stuck to a budget (35%)
7. Get more sleep (31%)
8. Spend more time with family (30%)
9. Learn a new skill (27%)
10. Travel more (24%)

Good luck with numbers 3, 6 and 7 folks & wishing you all a successful, progressive and happy new year!
