Neal’s Yard Remedies have launched a new direct to consumer website in the UK, which is powered by THG Ingenuity.

British brand Neal’s Yard Remedies have launched the new UK site following the first phase of their successful partnership with THG Ingenuity, earlier this year the partnership expanded Neal’s Yard Remedies presence within the Chinese market.

“We are delighted to be joining forces with THG Ingenuity to launch our new D2C site in the UK – with their proven record of driving strong growth through their platform, together with the passion and energy of our inhouse team, we believe this is a real step forward for our brand.

We know that our loyal and passionate customers love shopping with us online, and partnering with THG Ingenuity gives us the opportunity to keep improving the service we offer, introducing new functionality and services – and crucially, to be able to reach more consumers, both here in the UK, and further afield.

– Chief Operating Officer, Stephen Tobitt

John Gallemore, CEO of THG Ingenuity, said: “This is an exciting development for both THG Ingenuity and Neal’s Yard Remedies as we develop our strong relationship. Today’s website launch creates a powerful online presence that will help take their iconic brand direct to consumers across the UK and, over the coming months, we look forward to helping them expand their geographic footprint to meet the global demand for their premium range of products.”
