The event will start with a short introduction of where we are now, showing a roadmap of CTPA activities in the last year in relation to Brexit. The session will then move on to both the UK and EU political landscapes, focusing on understanding the latest political situation and its implications.
The afternoon will continue with a more practical session, aiming to give companies an overview of the ‘no deal’ policy agenda for the UK Govt Dept of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS – the competent authority for cosmetic safety).
Customs and logistics issues will be highlighted, and delegates will be given an outline of the key actions that should be taken to prepare their business for a ‘no deal’ scenario.
CTPA will conclude by demonstrating how it is helping members through the complexity of Brexit. The event will close with a discussion panel that will address key industry concerns, and will provide answers to delegates’ questions, followed by a networking evening reception for following discussion.
The draft programme and booking form us now available in the CTPA site.
