Over 25 years in the beauty and wellness industry and recognised strategic leader within consumer goods, luxury brands and leading retail with Blue Chip and SME’s.
Currently Chair of the Board for Lustre Skin Ltd, a light therapy specialist company. Prior to this Anna was Chief Executive Officer at Aromatherapy Associates, a leading wellness brand sold in 50 countries around the world and VP and Global Business Development Director (Strategy, Partnerships & M&A) for the brands division within Walgreens Boots Alliance.
Experienced in leadership, strategy creation, brand development, retail management, M&A and change programmes at C-suite and board level. Anna builds high performing teams and find opportunities for businesses to drive growth through partnerships and building capability.
Key skills include: Strategy and vision setting; business plan development; M&A and post-acquisition integration; exclusive brand development; commercial negotiation and contract management.

Following the initial Value of Beauty report in 2019, the British Beauty Council commissioned Oxford Economics to refresh its analysis of the economic contribution of the beauty industry and how it has evolved over the last three years.
