Glamour X Boots Wellness Festival

Glamour have teamed up with British Beauty Council Patron Boots to bring a virtual Wellness Festival this October.

The Wellness Festival will span four consecutive nights from Sunday 11th October to Wednesday 14th October; they’ll be going live across Zoom and Instagram for the ultimate night(s) in, with a stellar line-up of expert talks, how-tos, and more.

 

Schedule:

SUNDAY 11th October: Self Care Sunday

Segment 1: Find Your Chill with Headspace

Time: 7.30pm-8.15pm

What? Hosted by GLAMOUR Beauty and Lifestyle Director Camilla Kay, this in-depth chat will explore wellness in a post-Covid world, followed by a restorative mindfulness session.

 

Segment 2: Sleep School

Time: 8.30pm-9.15pm

What? Deputy Beauty Editor Elle Turner delivers a workshop on how to catch zzz’s well: from how to prepare for bed to the most common causes of sleep concerns.

MONDAY 12th October: Mental Health Monday

Segment 1: Workout Segment

Time: 6.30pm-7.15pm

What? Start the week off right with a live workout from Entertainment Director Josh Newis-Smith, featuring a Q&A about all things fitness.

 

Segment 2: Take a Breath: Meditation & Mindfulness

Time: 7.30pm-8.15pm

What? Unwind with meditation guided by yoga teacher Madeleine Uggla, ending with a restorative session from Hollywood Fitness Trainer Tanja Djelevic.

Segment 3: Live Glamour Unfiltered

Time: 8.30pm-9.15pm

What? Join Josh Newis-Smith for an in-depth chat about mental health, including how to talk about it, how to treat it and who to turn to.

TUESDAY 13th October: Sexual Wellbeing

Segment 1: Fertility Decoded

Time: 6.30pm-7.15pm

What? Editor Deborah Joseph leads an important discussion around female and male fertility, covering everything from the pressure to conceive to a lockdown baby boom.

Segment 2: No More Faking, Let’s Talk About Sex

Segment 2: Your Gut Feeling: Understanding Immunity

Time: 8pm-9pm

What? Beauty Editor Lottie Winter busts the biggest myths about our immune system as she answers all your questions about gut health.
