British Vogue’s 5 Days of Wellness

The Vogue Beauty and Lifestyle team have launched 5 Days of Wellness, in partnership with Fitbit.

Earlier this summer, Vogue ran 5 Days of Beauty, following it’s success, this October sees the inaugural 5 Days of Wellness virtual event, in partnership with Fitbit.

The 5 day event will take place at 19.00 BST every evening, from the week commencing Monday 19 October on Zoom. Join British Vogue editors in conversation on Zoom with a host of hand-picked experts on topics including fitness, mental health, body positivity and emotional wellbeing.

Monday 19 October

Mindful Monday: How To Combat Stress Now

Join Vogue contributing editor Funmi Fetto and a panel of sleep and stress experts as she discusses the modern-day dilemma of coping with stress and optimising the every day.
