BABTAC Pen Open Letter for Scotland

British Beauty Council Affiliate BABTAC have written to Scotland’s First Minister urging the government to provide financial support to the hair and beauty industry.

Lesley Blair, Chair of BABTAC, begins the letter by asking for an explanation as to why £40million of extra funding had been allocated to the hospitality industry, without any further consideration for the hair and beauty industry.
