Avon x Beauty Banks Launch #HelpingHands

by | May 4, 2020

Our patron Avon has teamed up with our affiliate, Beauty Banks to launch a new campaign, striving to get more hand creams to frontline NHS workers.

As the caring hands of our key workers undergo so much rigorous hand washing, hand cream has become an essential for them in order to maintain healthy skin. To say thank you to the amazing work they’re doing, Avon’s community has kindly:

  • Donated more than 120,000 products to the NHS, carers, women and children living in refuge
  • Given £190k to domestic abuse charities to support their crucial work during this difficult time.

And you can help in their pledge too. Until Friday 8 May, for every Avon Care Coconut Hand Cream purchased, Avon will give one in turn to Beauty Banks to donate to our incredible NHS workers.

To buy, head to Avon’s website. You can find more information on the brilliant Beauty Banks and the work they’re doing right now here.
