A digital solution for connecting with customers

Space NK announces the introduction of #TogetherAtHome digital customer experiences as the group’s 75 UK stores temporarily close and customers remain home due to the impact of covid-19.

“With the temporary closure of our physical stores we have challenged ourselves to transfer our store experience online, integrating solutions into our dot com channel that will help us to maintain contact and connection with our customers. This includes bookable masterclasses, virtual consultations, brand experiences and opportunities for our beauty community to come together as social connections become ever more important” says Emma Simpson-Scott, Space NK’s Chief Marketing Officer.

This newly implemented strategy aims to bring our expert network of in-house & industry experts, and brand founders together to offer beauty advice, with a series of tailored and personalised experiences that suit the individual and reach as many customers as possible.

“Our customer wants to be video conference ready whether that is for work or socialising and therefore our intention is to continue to inspire and engage the beauty obsessed and those looking for advice with the same expertise and innovation Space NK is renowned for,” Emma Simpson-Scott continues.

Space NK will utilise Zoom video conferencing platform where customers will be able to book 1-2-1 consultations with a Space NK expert (see note to editors) and also join group masterclasses with brands such as Dr Dennis Gross, who will host a virtual at home tutorial facial event. Charlotte Tilbury’s Pro Artist team will also host bookable 1-2-1’s on Zoom for customers wishing to receive advice on makeup looks. Places for virtual consultations and the upcoming events schedule can be secured via the Appointedd booking system on Spacenk.com.

Once a customer has booked online an automated confirmation email will be sent to them with a link to join the appointment or event at the chosen time. There will be no booking fee for these events.
